The “Tamakkani” Project’s Psychological Clinic Concludes an Awareness Workshop Entitled “From Reading Words to Reading Ourselves”

.As part of its ongoing efforts to promote the psychological and social empowerment of women and girls, the “Tamakkani – For Women and Girls for a Better Future” Project concluded an awareness workshop entitled “From Reading Words to Reading Ourselves.” The workshop was held at the project’s Psychological Clinic and facilitated by Engineer Sara Ghazal.

The workshop aimed to move beyond the concept of traditional reading towards fostering self-awareness, by equipping participants with skills to better understand themselves, recognize and interpret their inner emotions, and approach human relationships with greater awareness and emotional intelligence.

The workshop’s interactive program covered several key areas, including:

* Enhancing Self-Awareness: Practical tools for recognizing and understanding emotions in a healthy and constructive way.
* Managing Relationships: Understanding the behaviors and emotions of others to foster balanced and effective communication.
* Psychological Empowerment: Transforming psychological knowledge into everyday practices that support decision-making and personal growth.

This activity is part of the series of specialized services and workshops offered by the Psychological Clinic of the “Tamakkani” Project, with the aim of providing a safe and supportive environment that helps women and girls develop their capacities and prepare for a better future.

The workshop concluded with an expression of appreciation to Engineer Sara Ghazal for her professional and engaging presentation, and to all participants for their meaningful interaction and active engagement. The project reaffirmed its commitment to continuing to provide its empowerment and awareness programs and initiatives in the coming period.
