Tamakani Project Continues Its “Leadership and Decision-Making Skills” Training Series in Aqaba Aqaba – 17 September 2026

The “Leadership and Decision-Making Skills” training series continued today as part of the activities of the Tamakani Project – For Women and Girls for a Better Future, with the participation of a group of women from Hefz Al-Ni’mah Association and Al-Mithaq Association for Development and Empowerment. The training is part of the project’s ongoing efforts to develop women’s leadership capacities and strengthen their decision-making skills.

The training focused on a range of practical skills related to leadership, self-confidence, conscious thinking, and the ability to assess options and make effective decisions. These skills contribute to strengthening women’s participation and their active role in society.

Interactive Training and Capacity Development

The training addressed a number of key topics and practical activities that provided participants with opportunities to engage, exchange experiences, and develop their skills in responding to different situations and challenges. The sessions were designed to support participants in making more informed and effective decisions.

The training was delivered by Dr. Qasem Al-Naimat, whose practical approach and interactive activities contributed to enriching the participants’ learning experience and strengthening the applied component of the training.

The Tamakani Project management extends its sincere appreciation to Dr. Qasem Al-Naimat for delivering the training, and to all participating women from Hefz Al-Ni’mah Association and Al-Mithaq Association for Development and Empowerment for their active participation and engagement.

The project management also expresses its appreciation to all partners and supporters whose contributions continue to support the successful implementation of Tamakani activities and help create meaningful spaces for learning, development, and greater opportunities for women and girls.
